If your idea is just a concept, be it for an innovative piece of furniture or home decor item, a new kitchen gadget, or a better musical instrument design, keep in mind that a simple description or single rough pencil sketch is enough to get started.
Once we've agreed on a course of action, I will provide a detailed contract outlining the costs and deliverables. Charges are based on a sliding scale and are tied to the complexity of each project. At the lower end, if fully detailed sketches are provided and the design is simply being translated to 3D models and fabrication drawings, costs can be very affordable. A higher rate is charged as more engineering is required to define the design. Rates are very flexible and can be tailored to your budget.
